I had a great experience with Joe’s Door Garage Door Service. I initially made an appointment for a garage door tune-up because my door was noisy and I noticed the belt was loose. I assumed it was a minor issue, but the technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection, explaining that it was actually a serious safety hazard. The belt was badly worn, and the springs were not adjusted correctly, which was causing the drive motor to work much harder than it should. On top of that, my garage door opener was 17 years old. The technician clearly explained everything and recommended a new opener along with new springs and pulleys. After the installation, my garage door is incredibly quiet and runs smoothly. Most importantly, I no longer have to worry about the door failing to open or, worse, falling unexpectedly. The peace of mind alone was worth it. Even after the install, when I had trouble programming my vehicle’s system to open the garage door, the technician went above and beyond by providing helpful instructions and even offered to come back at no extra cost if I couldn’t get it working. Very professional business. I called for a broken garage door, they showed up the same day, did a full review of my system, explained what was wrong and they were able to fix it on the spot. Easily the best garage door service experience I've had in 25 years, and the most affordable. After firing another company mid-service because of incompetence and increasingly extortionate pricing, Joe's was a relief. Tal showed up, demonstrated an amazing amount of competence and expertise, and completed the replacement of my cables, drums, and springs as a pro for a very fair price. He also took the time to teach me about my garage and how to maintain it. If you are exhausted of being scammed in South Florida, look no further and ask for Tal.

I highly recommend Joe’s Garage Doors. From the first call we made they were very professional and competitive. Their continuous contact via email, text, and phone calls made the whole process of pricing, selecting, and installing two new garage doors efficient and a very positive experience. The quality of the garage doors and all the hardware was only topped by the friendliness of the installers.

On October 1st, I applied through SUNBIT to finance a new garage door from Joe's Garage Door. I was told the process would take about one to one and half week for a white door or two to three weeks it I wanted a colored. After two week without any updates, I called and was told the door would arrive on October 1st. I was surprised and frustrated since I needed to travel and asked if the order can be canceled. They said it couldn't be cancelled because SUNBIT had already paid them the balance, even though I was told payment would only be processed after the service was completed. At that point i felt completely at their mercy. on the day of installation, I took a day off from work because the installers arrived late. When they finally arrive , they me told that they did not speak English, so I had to call their supervisor to communicate. After they removed my old garage door, they began installing a white panel door I tried to stop them, but they insisted I call their boss again. By the time I finally reached him, the installation was already completed. Joe later told me that the installers may not have checked the box before coming, and that they would file a claim and follow up. However, I reviewed my security camera footage, I saw them arrive with open boxes of panels, clearly showing that the door pieces were mismatched. two weeks later, when I call for an update, I was told to wait another two weeks. In addition, they didn't install an inside garage door pull handle. It is clear to me that they knowingly installed leftover panels instead of a new, matching door--possibly as retaliation for my earlier complaint about communication and about cancel the order. I even sent them the photos of the open boxes as proof. Because of their back and forth pattern , I couldn't trust them to wait any longer. I decided to pay someone else to paint the garage door to comply with my HOA's rules. I believe Joe"s Garage Door treated me unfairly and unprofessional. I would not recommend using a prepayment or financing plan with them through SUNBIT, as you could end up at their mercy after payment has already been made.
