Two words: "PROBLEM SOLVERS." A HUGE thank you to Mitch Klatt and team for figuring out the issues we were having with our 42+ year old roll-up commercial fire door. After being told by several others that we potentially had a huge, expensive, even unfixable problem on our hands, and then after waiting for 6 months to try to get confirmation from another company, Overhead Door Company was recommended to us by a friend. Mitch was super communicative, he had his team come out right away and took a look. They came up with a super economical and practical solution for us, and took care of the issue. The door is operational again, the fire department should be pleased, and so are we! Thank you again!

I didn't have a door installed but I got 5 star service. Mitch was by far the easiest to work with and took my smaller project serious. He was out to measure quote and explain the next day and his price was very reasonable. I hope I need his service in the future.

Just had a great experience with Mitch from Overhead Doors. Our outside remote pad and car remotes went on the blink and I tried buying new ones and watched probably 10-15 YouTube videos and it just wasn’t working. Mitch came out and saved the frustration in a timely manner, was courteous and came in way under other quotes from installers!! Great job!!!

Extremely impressed with the prompt reply, attention, and service from Mitch and Overhead Door Company of Metro Milwaukee. I was not expecting a response over the weekend, but Mitch was replying on a Friday night and into Saturday. By Monday, he was on site for review, and upon assessment immediately scheduled service. This is the second time I have worked with Mitch and Overhead Door, and only have positive experiences and feedback. Thanks Mitch!
