This team gets a 5-star rating, for sure. It's been a week since my garage door opener was installed, and I can't belive I waited this long to get it done. Owen and Anthony make a great team! Helpful, hard-working, on time and pleasant, these guys had the job done in no time, they even helped me with a couple of extras to boot. My only issue...why didn't someone sell me the opener with the automatic light? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM!! Booked an appointment on Saturday on their online platform since they didn’t answer when I called 3 times! They close at 1pm on Saturdays - which is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website or on Google. 24h service is a total lie. They never showed up to my appointment with the excuse that “the online platform had a bug” when clearly I had no other way to make an appointment. No compensation afterwards. They finally connected me only the next day when I had spend the entire previous day waiting for them. Just for them to tell me in the end that there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely disrespectful and useless. Awful experience, if I could put 0 stars I would.
