Precision Garage Door Service of New Orleans

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door, especially working with Andrew. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and efficient. Andrew arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Precision Door—and if you can, ask for Andrew!

Excellent service and communication. We have an old garage door that needed the torsion spring replaced after ours broke. Tanner was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He called to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. Once here, he presented several options and explained the advantages. We decided on the repair and he worked quickly to finish the job. He explained best care practices for maintenance. It is now better than it was before the spring broke and we expect good service from it for many years.

We have been consistently impressed with the level of service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. The quality of their products is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is the caliber of their team. Every representative we have interacted with has been attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. Precision installed our replacement garage door and a new opener, and the workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. When our opener unexpectedly stopped working, their responsiveness was exemplary—they arrived the very next day, performed thorough troubleshooting, and resolved the issue quickly, getting everything back to normal with minimal disruption. We truly value our relationship with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door installation, repair, or maintenance. Their combination of reliable products, expert service, and exceptional customer care is second to none.

Arrived on time and gave several options on repairs. Major repair was for spring but was also given options for rollers and bracket repair that was needed and fairly priced. Kris Stewart (repair technician) was on time, well informed, and efficient. Job was completed in a little over 2hrs and I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done. I spoke with Britney when scheduling my apt and she had a repair tech call me with in the hour of speaking with her. Thank you Precision, I would recommend this company to all who need garage door repairs. Called and fixed in less than 24hrs with great pricing and great employees.
