Woke up one morning to a broken garage door spring and the door wouldn’t open.Called three companies. One was a business that advertised on TV. Two smaller companies responded to my call.Abracadabra.was able to respond first. Ben, the technician confirmed my diagnosis and quoted a price to replace both springs. Although the quote was more than expected, we agreed to have them do the work as we like to patronize local, family run businesses when we can.They completed the job in about an hour. They replaced the springs with similar high use units, lubricated all the parts on the door, secured some wiring and checked the operation. They also gave us a small senior discount and a four year warranty.The door is operating properly and a little quieter too.Thanks Ben and Abracadabra
