Rick from Garage Door Medics came out today to replace the spring and cable on our garage door, and once again delivered excellent service. He was very communicative and thorough throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure the job was done right. They were also able to come out pretty quickly and get started right away, which we really appreciated. The repair didn’t take long at all, and everything is working perfectly now. Let me start out by saying - RICK WEAVER IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER! He knows his job. Very informative; gives recommendations on what should be done to keep my garage door opener working at its best. Had the answers to all of my preventative maintenance questions. HE DIDN’T STUTTER ONCE! Don’t know how much you’re paying him but I would definitely give him a raise every year. People this knowledgeable that likes what they’re doing are hard to come by. I look forward to seeing him in October.
