Several customers praised helpful communication around quotes and scheduling, including clear explanations and timely quote handling. One customer described product advice and a timely quote for a replacement residential door that was later installed. Another reported difficulty reaching the service team: after several requests, the customer received a phone message, returned it within an hour, and was still waiting more than a day later for a response.

We had a great experience in dealing with Jeff Beer. He made everything easy to understand and was very transparent. He even decreased the price a little bit as we are out of town. Just awaiting the arrival and installation of our beautiful new door.
Thanks Jeff.

Great customer experience with my replacement residential door.
Sales Associate, Jeff Beer assisted me in the showroom providing product information and options. He expedited my quote and order in a timely fashion and explained the scheduling process. He responded quickly to any questions that I had throughout the process.
Sandra Kavas, Project Coordinator contacted me with an installation date.
Chris did an excellent job in removing my old door and installing the new door.
I recommend Creative Door.

We had used Creative Door in the past, so thought we would try again when an issue came up. I am sorry to say that it has been very difficult to connect with them. I have left 3 service requests over the past two weeks and the last finally got a response with a phone message. I returned my phone response within an hour of that message and have now waited a full day and a half to get a response. Clearly they are very busy, so I will try elsewhere.
