We had used Creative Door in the past, so thought we would try again when an issue came up. I am sorry to say that it has been very difficult to connect with them. I have left 3 service requests over the past two weeks and the last finally got a response with a phone message. I returned my phone response within an hour of that message and have now waited a full day and a half to get a response. Clearly they are very busy, so I will try elsewhere.
