Outstanding service! The spring on our garage door broke late on Friday before August long weekend. I submitted a service request online and had an almost immediate response asking whether we wanted emergency service or to wait until Tuesday. We decided to wait until Tuesday, but Michelle was in touch several times over the weekend to clarify details and set up a repair time for Tuesday. The tech arrived on time and completed the repair quickly.
Needed to replace my old wood door, tired of painting, and the spring finally broke, so that was the last straw. Jason at OHD showed us the style, size, and colour we wanted in the showroom. They came out and put a temporary clamp on the spring (no charge, since we had ordered the new door). Jason actually came out for the install, then pointed out a minor flaw in one of the panels, immediately ordered a replacement panel. We now have a new door, using the same opener. Great job!
Just had a very good experience, dealing with a semi-emergency garage door spring replacement. Some of the reviews I read here made me a bit apprehensive, but the existing unit in my home looked to be ODCo branded & installed, so I figured I would go with them anyway and hope for the best.I am happy to share that: +their office was easy to get in touch with to set up the service call, +they were able to get to me within a day, +the 2-man team that came were prompt, polite, efficient, professional, and even went the extra mile to clear some ice & snow to set a tighter seal along the bottom.Thanks again guys!
Some maniac drove into my garage door on Father’s Day and even tho Mike and Michelle were in the States, Mike had someone at my house, within a couple of hours to take a look. The door was straightened enough so the remote would open it and I could get my car out. The door was measured, I had an email price quote within a couple of days from Jason, the door was in stock and within a week, I had a brand new door! I applaud the Overhead Door Co. and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new door! Service and satisfaction was first rate!
We had a problem with our garage door over the holiday weekend and called Overhead Door Co of Regina. I was first impressed with the lady answering the phone (Nicki?) she was very courteous, friendly and quickly got us scheduled for a service call for later the same day. The serviceman (Brad) was another friendly respectful person and serviced the door, fixing the problem quickly. Unfortunately, while he was finishing up, we determined that our door opener had to be replaced. He offered some good advice and we went to their showroom and ordered a new door opener and scheduled the service. We were delighted when we received a call an hour later asking if they could reschedule the installation for that same day. The original technician, Brad, returned that afternoon and installed the new opener with the same efficient and courteous service we had seen previously. Everyone we dealt with were very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this company. (They also offer 24 hour emergency service).
