My garage door stopped working unexpectedly, I called the owner Brian and they came out right away. Excellent experience from start to finish. Our technician Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. My garage door works perfectly now. D&D Overhead Door is the only company I would recommend to repair your garage door. Reliable and trustworthy service, fair and honest.
I have used D&D in the past, and they were excellent. One of our rentals needed some garage door work, and I decided to use another company that could do the work the next day (non-emergency work). D&D was booked (probably because they're so good). BIG MISTAKE The other company charged me probably 3 times more than I would have paid at D&D, and took twice as long, for the same work. I will be giving D&D my garage door business from now on.
My opener was feeling its age. It was over 20 years old but working really well. I called these guys to come out to take a look at it to see if they could keep it running longer. The wife said I should probably just get a new one and replace the old one. When Chris the technician showed up, I told him what I wanted. He said no problem in less than 2 hours, I had a brand new opener with Wi-Fi. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost. Fast, Fair, friendly. What a great job. Highly recommend
Repair on my hangar door failed after 13 months. I had owned the hangar for 10 years prior and a cable failed. I called Mike Reynolds. He did not offer to come assess, but blamed me for opening and closing the door in windy conditions. I explained I operated the door the same as the previous 10 years. After discussing with the manufacturer, I found the cable was improperly installed which caused the premature failure. The initial repair by D and D took 8 hours and two men. I recently had the cable repaired elsewhere and it took one person 3 hours to complete the project.
By far, the most professional and courteous company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Used for garage door installation and Jason, Greg and Colton were always prompt, on time and extremely informative about my door??Also used them for gas fireplace "check up" and maintenance. Again, on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend D & D for all door and fireplace needs??
