What customers say
Customers describe clear explanations and quick repairs; one says a technician explained what had gone wrong and got the door working, while another says the crew finished the job quickly and shared status updates. One opener customer says the keypad and remotes were set up, but camera and app configuration was unfinished at first; staff later helped complete it in a call with the manufacturer.

Jeremy helped us find a garage door opener with the "time to close" feature that we required. It required research on his part and he got back to us quickly. John did a great job installing the opener, setting up the keypad and remotes. We wish they had also configured the camera and the apps so that everything was complete before they left because it is a complicated and error-prone process with minimal manufacturer documentation. We ended up calling them for help, and Colleen was amazing. She helped us finish that process, including a 3-way call with the manufacturer. She was persistent in finding a solution. Overall we are very satisfied.

Daryl came out when our garage door stopped working. He answered all my questions over the phone, explained every issue that was going on, was clearly knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get our garage door up and running. He was professional and even gave me some maintenance tips to help keep things running smoothly.
