Jeremy helped us find a garage door opener with the "time to close" feature that we required. It required research on his part and he got back to us quickly. John did a great job installing the opener, setting up the keypad and remotes. We wish they had also configured the camera and the apps so that everything was complete before they left because it is a complicated and error-prone process with minimal manufacturer documentation. We ended up calling them for help, and Colleen was amazing. She helped us finish that process, including a 3-way call with the manufacturer. She was persistent in finding a solution. Overall we are very satisfied.
