I had a broken spring on Tuesday. I talked to Precision Tuesday afternoon and service was on site Wednesday at 12 PM. Technician was very thorough. Inspected the door. Replaced the springs performed maintenance and recommendation's and was complete with the job in 30 minutes. I can’t ask for more responsive service than that. Excellent response, good work, good technician.
Jesse came and provided our annual garage door tuneup. He answered all my questions. Based on our old door, tracks and motor, he provided me with various options and costs.Jesse has excellent customer service and communication skills.I will request Jesse for any future services.
