Marcus did an incredible job! He was very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He gave me some great insight so that I know what to plan for in the future. I will definitely be working with them more down the road.

Poor experience. They came as part of a home warrenty, and he was very friendly. However they were deceptive. They tried to claim things were mandatory and conveniently an extra charge, and only gave way after multiple push backs that is was strongly reccomended for sound improvement, but not required. They then left with the garage not opening all the way saying my entire system was broken, and needed replacing with another service call and fee ( and directly told me reprogramming it wouldn't work). It only took me about two minuets to reprogram and fix the garage myself. Overall I found it very dishonest and requested our home warrenty to black list them from our home.

Fast forward a couple weeks we had increasing issues with our garage. A second company came out. They had to redo all the work that was done, and replace some damaged new parts due to poor instillation.

I would not recommend working with this company.

Update: communication was established and fixes were made immediately and appropriately. They made good on their part so I’ve updated my review to 4 stars. They were understanding of my frustrations and did everything they could to make reasonable accommodations and with urgency. I’m thankful for their response.

I’m not pleased with my experience with this company so far.

They were contacted by my home warranty company to come fix the garage door opener that stopped working.

When they came out to assess the repair, they noted the garage door opener needed replaced, and was covered by the warranty. They also pointed out to me the shape that both of my garage doors are in and the safety hazards, as well as how aged everything was and that the seals were no longer working or in place. I agreed that the doors and the systems were old and needing replaced, and decided to put a deposit down to get the whole system replaced.

Initially, I was told it would take about two weeks, which is doable not being able to use one of my garage doors for that amount of time is something I could deal with.

After two weeks, I hadn’t heard anything so I had to reach out to the company making contact with them for the first time since their visit to ask when the installed date would be set. They said it would take another two weeks because they’re waiting on some of the door panels to come in. I waited another week before reaching out again and asking if I could get a confirmation on the date that they would install. Then it got pushed out a whole month. When the final install date arrived and still got pushed one more day. All this is understandable except for the fact that I had to reach out to them multiple times and ask for this information. I was never emailed or sent this information without me having to asked for it.

On the day of the install they got done pretty quickly, but afterwards I quickly found out that the new garage door opener was installed crooked as you can see in the pictures. Also a lightbulb in my garage was broken and we were not told about it. And lastly, the weatherstripping that we had talked about in the initial assessment was not replaced and looks like crap.

I’ve reached out to the company about all this and I’m waiting for a resolution, but I’m not happy with the results I’ve received so far.

I will update this review and give a better rating if they can fix these issues quickly so that I’m a happy customer, as of right now I am not

Marcus was very knowledgeable, professional, and he completed the installation quickly. He taught about the components on the garage door and how each part plays a role in extending its life. Great company with an amazing employee!

Jose came out to our home today on short notice and made light work of a huge issue! Our garage door wasn’t properly balanced so it broke off the wall and nearly came out of the ceiling. They replaced everything necessary for long term use for a reasonable price. Jose was incredibly transparent and thorough in his explanations. Professional and friendly—I’d recommend them to anyone!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common calls include broken torsion or extension springs, worn rollers, bent tracks, damaged panels, and malfunctioning openers or sensors. The team also handles balance issues, noisy operation, and keypad or remote problems.

Many opener issues can be repaired, such as sensor alignment, travel limits, or worn parts. If the unit is outdated or the motor is failing, the technician can review replacement options and costs before any work proceeds.

Scheduling depends on current demand and your location, but appointments are typically arranged promptly. Calling ahead or using the website contact form helps secure the next available slot.

Do not force the door or pull on damaged components, and keep people and vehicles clear. Call for service so a technician can safely secure and diagnose the door and opener.

They do take service calls that originate from some home warranty providers. If your repair is through a warranty, have your policy details ready so scheduling and coverage can be confirmed.
