Mr Garcia You arrived on time and wasn't easily recognizable in his company. van and uniform.Greg was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient with all my questions. He performed the service very meticulously and was showing me all the areas that would need attention in the very near future. He worked at adjusting and lubricating all the existing parts of my garage door while sharing options for replacing worn out parts and the pros and cons of each of those options. His careful explanation on a subject I know very little about will help me make an informed decision going forward. I was very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations giving me full confidence that I can trust him and A1 Garage Door Service. So much so that I purchased their annual maintenance plan (which was very reasonably priced for all the service to be performed). I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking good, expert garage door service.

I agreed to replace my garage door after the spring snapped and couldn't open the door. Considering the new door is insulated I expected a tight seal between the panels. Joshua also charged 155.00 for The Club membership that I wasn't told about. Don't make the same mistake I did paying 4k to replace 16x7 garage door. Look at Hollywood Crawford instead 1,495 installed. Look at pics. UPDATE.....tech has returned twice and now needs to come a third time for pics of panels but did not show up. A1 is giving me the run around on replacing the panels. They aready got paid so they don't care.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY DONT BACK THEIR WORK. ***UPDATE.... Although A1 finally replaced the door panels and they look great, they failed to replace all the screws needed to properly secure. Also the door has too much down force which causes the track to bow up putting to much stress on the pin. It was not like that before. SEE PICS AND VIDEO.
