Mike is a consummate service vendor coupled with the most friendly & patient attitude. He treats his customers with utmost respect sprinkled with very pleasurable anecdotes about his beautiful family. But most of all, he & his colleagues know the ropes with garage door openers. I’m not technically savvy with these home contraptions. But Mike went out of his way to re-program my SUV’s remote opener & persisted until it worked perfectly.
