Will responded to my email request via their website within an hour (Christmas Eve). We scheduled an appointment for 12/26/24 between 8-9am. Communication was solid, and Will arrived at the agreed upon time.

Will and his son did a great job diagnosing my garage door issues, offering different option fixes, and completing the job the same day with no hassle.

I felt pricing was very fair, considering the time of year and this is the Bay Area!

I would not hesitate to call them again for service as needed.

I checked with a *lot* of repair folks to do garage door spring replacement and after a 5 minute call with Will, it was clear he knew his stuff, gave a simple quote, had the repair materials needed, and was able to do the work right away--same day in my case. Oh, and his price was the lowest I had seen. He got here on time, quickly made the repairs, looked everything else over, did some tuning/tweaking, gave me some suggestions for future upgrades and was highly professional and friendly. Highest recommendation.
