Great technician but extremely high pricing. He did a forced entry which took less than an hour and charged a set price of $450. And then installed a new motor for about $1800. I should have checked around with other companies but was anxious to get it fixed. When I did check the pricing was much lower. Will not use Local Garage again - I feel I was taken advantage of.
The Technician who installed my system was very knowledgeable and explained things of importance regarding that system. He was respectful and courteous and worked diligently for several hours installing everything. He was also a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with my tech Zachary. I was in a bind when I first called. Zachary did a temporary quick fix and then returned on a Sunday to install a new opener. Zachary was on time and communicative about the whole procedure. I had quite a few questions and he made sure I understood the answers. I highly recommend Local Garage Doors.
