Recently had to call this company because my garage door was acting funny by that I mean it hated closing and opening. I called and got an appointment the same week. The technician Tyler came and was very professional and courteous, explained the situation and finished fixing the door . His recommendations were not outrageous look forward working with him and this company again.

We own a business in Novato, and when I called R&S they were so quick to help us with our broken rollup door. They worked quickly and efficiently to squeeze in an appointment for us. We didn’t end up needing to have them come out as one of our employees fixed it a few minutes later, however, I really appreciated the Understanding of the urgent nature and Paul’s ability to get us on the schedule swiftly. Not only does this company charge $8,000+ more for the same garage door as other installers (not an exaggeration) they have horrible service. I asked for a quote about 10 days ago. I had to follow-up after 4 days as I heard nothing from them and I just wanted confirmation they received my request. They responded and said “by the end of the day, or tomorrow at the latest”. Three days go by and nothing. I email again and same thing. I call the Richmond branch and they said someone would call me the next day. There was no correspondence from either branch. I emailed one more time and was told the same thing. Finally got the outrageous quote. Don’t waste your time like I did.
