Horrible customer service. Take cash for a job cause apparently they are on their last legs of business. Ask for warranty work and they say we don’t warranty stuff even for 30 days. Nice work. Took a respectable company and trashed it in a few years ! Don’t use them as they are on their way out anyway.

Called about a garage door problem and they helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. Super helpful and saved me the trouble of having to call someone out. Highly recommend

Do not use this company. I called about 2 months ago to fix a broken garage door spring. They said it would be a while because of a parts shortage which I thought was acceptable. I called recently to find out the status. Someone was going to get back to me. No one did. I called a second time and left a message. After 10 days someone got back to me to tell me their supplier didn't have the part and they were going to start looking again. I immediately got off the phone and called Up-Rite Door. They fixed the door within 24 hours of the call.

Just had a garage door installed. Great bunch of guys. Excellent communication. Their thorough installation pointed out we had a sinking cement floor. Will have to get that lifted in spring. Thanks again Mike and crew. Doug from Forest

Installed a garage door for me. A ++ service and fair pricing. Very qualified individuals. Without the hassle of extra costs added afterwards. In and out within three hrs. After the door was ordered and arrived took them two days to come install it . Very fast and professionally done. Hard to find good people nowadays who don't try and make a few extra dollars off you. Again A++
