Jason met with me in September to provide the quote, and gave me some great advice on selection of doors, color, etc. His recommendations were spot on!Micha handled the actual installation with another gentleman. They arrived precisely on time and were laser-focused and professional. Clean up was incredible and the instructions on the new doors clear and concise. Highly recommend NDI! My garage door hit something while closing causing the cable on one side to pop out of the drum, a roller to come out of its track, the bottom weather striping to come off, and the door to buckle in the center. Looked like the whole door would need to be replaced. Called NDI who sent Ken out on a snowy day when the roads were a bit dicey. Ken got to work repairing everything and in under an hour, the door looks and operates as it did before the accident.
Had my new garage door installed last Friday. Installer was fantastic. Could use a little bit more product knowledge. But overall the experience was a five-star experience. I will have a second one installed in about 30 days and write another review. Had a concern late Friday called the dealer didn’t get a return phone call called them today and the manager made it right truly an American company thank you.
