Fantastic experience! We'd gotten a few estimates to fix our 25 year old garage door when a friend referred us to Precision. Josh was there within an hour of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem with a detailed and knowledgeable explanation. He replaced our unit with a more powerful and better made model that has a much longer warranty for nearly the same cost as our other estimates. Install was quick, professional and clean. So glad our friend told us about Precision!
Install went great! Installer was kind and helpful. Love my new garage door. It’s so smooth and quiet. Plus, my garage is now warmer on cold days thanks to the insulated door and well placed rubber seal.Only issue was the limited communication. I had them out for consult the first week of December and was quoted 4-6 weeks (fine by me!) Then I was sent an email that they had received an estimated lead time from the manufacturer (12/24/25) but it wasn’t stated what that lead time was (perhaps they didn’t know?). I didn’t hear from them again until 1/26/26 with the call to schedule the install. I was 100% fine with the wait but it would have been great to have another update at some point during that month.Very happy with the customer service during the two onsites though! Thank you.
New motor install was great. Schedule timing was perfect. Called at 3p for an appointment and had a technician at my door by 5p. The service tech Jesse was super nice and helpful. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend Precision.
Wes came out immediately for a consultation back in late November and we signed a contract for door installation shortly after. Had the door installed today by Derek, who did a fantastic job and is a super nice guy. I'm impressed with everyone I've dealt with at Precision and would highly recommend.
