The garage door spring broke on Saturday evening. A realtor friend referred me to Overhead Door Company of Shreveport. When I called on Monday, for an appointment, I was told the earliest appointment available was on Thursday. I received a call from Carl on Tuesday, asking me if he could stop by to take a look at the problem. Within 45 minutes, Carl had the spring replaced and the garage door making a lot less noise than it had in years. Carl was pleasant, very professional, and removed all debris. I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Shreveport. Do not confuse them with the other similarly named company.
We have used Overhead Door at all of our homes. Their customer service is excellent. The service man that comes to our home explains all of the components he installs. We will continue to use them for any garage services that we need.
