Justin just left after installing our new garage door! He was amazing! Very friendly, he was here on time this morning, and did an awesome job with the install! Had a great experience with this company. They really took care of me after finding out another big company was willing to use cheaper materials than I was originally quoted just because they didn't think I would notice. Audrey and her boss Chris matched a price that they didn't need to in order to make things right (even though it wasn't their company that was planning to wrong me). Master installer Josh took care of all the details make sure my new door was installed right. He even brought my trash can up to the house from the curb. Under 2 months from first appointment to install, including 2 major holidays and the door manufacturing company holding orders because of the weather. ??Audrey also found me an awesome design for the glass in my door! No boring lines for me!
I have dealt with Suburban Door for the past 30 years. I will not deal with anyone else. My door cable snapped at 11pm last night. I called them this morning when they opened and got a 12:00-2:00 appointment. Tyler came out and replaced the new cable. He was very professional, polite, and fixed my door in less than an hour. As always, I am very happy with my experience with Suburban Door, and Tyler was awesome!

He was also very prompt at responding to questions I had over text.Jaime my installer was also great; he was easy to talk to and very efficient at his job. I was impressed at how much he could do on his own. He thoroughly explained what work he'd be doing and gave me some pointers after the install was complete.The office staff was great too, if you're on hold it's not for long and they do a great job helping you out with your questions.I'd highly recommend Suburban Door for your garage door needs!
