Fortunately my friend recommended Thompson Grage Doors, and within a day they were at our house replacing our old one with a brand new, and much quieter opener. The installer was polite and within a couple of hours he was finished. The best part: my wife was very happy when she came home. Thank you for your great service and work!

We went to Thompson to replace the front and kitchen doors. Our tech, Greg or Craig (please forgive me) was a master. He was able to navigate the funkiness of what he found when replacing the doors, problem solving as he went along. He was efficient, polite, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Like clockwork, Miguel arrived for the job. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. When he was done with the job he explained to me exactly what he had done.
