Door Specialties, Inc.

I had an exceptional experience with Door Specialties Garage Doors & Openers in Spokane, WA. I needed a new door for my old detached garage, which we had recently resided and painted. I visited their office and spoke with Brad, who was professional, straightforward, and refreshingly free of high-pressure or insincere sales tactics. He provided a fair and transparent quote the next day after assessing the site, and we discussed the necessary interior remodeling and framing. Roughly three weeks later, their installer, Braden, did an outstanding job, completing the installation in about an hour and a half. The new garage door looks fantastic and operates flawlessly. I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work from Brad, Braden, and the entire Door Specialties team. I highly recommend them for anyone in Spokane seeking reliable garage door services!

I had a great experience with Door Specialties. Brad, the salesperson, was friendly and straightforward, giving me a clear, no-nonsense quote. Their price was the best in town by far — no pressure, no upselling. He even helped me save money by reusing my old opener and applying a military discount. On installation day, Nolan and Joe showed up right on time. They did excellent work and were very kind to my 4-year-old, who kept chatting with them while they worked. Highly recommend!

With heartfelt Thanks to Brad, Alex, and Xander for the Awesome job they did Replacing my Garage Door! Thank you Brad for walking me through the cost effectiveness of whether to repair or to replace the door entirely and scheduling the installation all within a couple of days of receiving the quote! Thank you Alex and Xander for an Awesome job of installation and for your expertise in taking care of all of the "concerns and issues" I had surrounding and involving the old door. I am over the top excited and happy about my new door. It looks neat and clean, sturdy and professional both inside and out. The operation is smooth and so quiet. A BIG Thank you to Door Specialties for employing such a knowledgeable and experienced team. I would recommend Door Specialties to anyone that may be in need of the same quality of experience, knowledge, and service that was provided to me. Thanks again!!!

Jim, a Door Specialties technician, arrived the same day I placed my service request to replace a broken torsion spring. As well as being professional, I could tell from the start he was very knowledgeable about his work. He provided very efficient service while simultaneously being very friendly to chat with. I’m grateful for the expertise and excellent service Jim provided. Being $50 cheaper than an estimate I had received from another company was an added bonus. I had a great experience and positively recommend Door Specialties, Inc.

This company employs seasoned, knowledgeable, and professional technicians who know what they're doing. They accurately diagnosed the problem with my door opener and gave me honest opinions as to my choices (repair or replace). I chose replacement; and these guys had the entire job done within two hours. Super courteous, efficient, and capable. Highly recommend.
