Had 360 out to replace a broken spring (installed only 5 years ago by a different company..). They gave me options and let me choose what I wanted done, what had to be repaired now and what could wait. I chose to do everything at once, which made my price higher, but still significantly less than what I thought it would cost and I wasn't pressured to do any of it. They didn't do anything without letting me know and were completely transparent in their work.

Super friendly folks. We are very impressed with our new doors. Will is a real professional - not only do our new doors look great, but they are also much quieter than our old doors. Their prices are also very competitive.06/24 - Will just replaced one of our openers. Same great service and reasonable pricing. The new opener must be 10x quieter than the old one.
