We really appreciate the Garage Door Guy team! We have needed repairs a couple times in the last few months and they are quick to fit us in their schedule, get parts ordered, and to fix our shop door. They have always been professional and efficient, and they are very dependable!
A friend used them to install a new garage door opener and replace the springs. He was very happy with them, so gave them a call. Should have paid attention to the high cost he said he paid.They came out the very next day. He were very courteous. We just had a light out and the keypad quit working. Found out led bulbs work better, so just changed it. The keypad needed replaced.The reason for the 3 stars (almost went 2), is the markup. Charged $77 for a key pad that retails $15 on Amazon. $206.00 seems a bit high for spraying some lubricant and two screws on a $15 keypad.Again, very nice folk and would definitely bbq with, but wont use them for garage door service again.Edit to 4 stars as they said the keypad they use is of higher grade.
I needed a replacement garage door and after looking at several companies I select The Garage Door Guy. There was a small issue post installation and the team at Garage Door Guy understood my concerns and addressed them to my ultimate satisfaction. You can buy stuff just about anywhere, but the true mark of a company is how they fix a problem that occurs. I am a customer for life and will be recommending them to everyone. Job well done! I called the Garage Door Guy, to help me fix a broken garage door. They sent Chris who was able to assess my problem very quickly. He explained my options, and gave me prices. Within a day or two, he came back and fixed the garage door panels that had broken. He was able to do that instead of replacing the entire door. He also put seals on both of my garage doors to keep the cold air out. Chris did a great job, and I feel that the prices were very good. I will be recommending The Garage Door guy to other people.
