Such a frustrating experience. They didn’t give pricing over the phone, which meant I had to take time off work to meet for an appointment.
He informed me their pricing is set they just won’t do it over the phone for fear of competition.
He gave me a price on the spot of over $600 for both springs. Even if that’s an industry standard, you’re putting your clients out by not giving an accurate estimate over the phone.
Over the phone was $350-$1000.

We had damage to a lower panel of a garage door. Jared came out today to install, but found sales had ordered wrong panel. But he took the time to repair the door track so it operated properly (THANK YOU!). He was very pleasant, answered questions well, and hope he's the one to install the panel when it comes in.
