I contacted the company to have garage door repaired, my call was answered immediately and Tom contacted me the same day, came to my house next day, and work was done within 3 days because it needed a new opener. John went out of his way to make sure that I was getting the right door and at the right price. John had the installer come the very next day and completely removed my garage door and install the new one.
