I have an older automatic gate opener that was having some problems completely closing and several chain links were obviously no longer mobile. I do try to support small businesses rather than large companies who try to sell you everything on their truck. I contacted other repair people and was given a wide variety of responses as to needed repairs. Estimates for repairs were all over $1500, not to mention someone who insisted the entire gate needed to be replaced too. Monday 2/2 I called and spoke with Matt who does the gate opener repairs, and made an appointment for today, 2/4 with arrival between 9-11AM. Matt called when he was on his way and arrived shortly after 9 - such a relief to have someone arrive early in the time window. He showed me the things that needed to be repaired, things that may need repair or replacement in the future, and had my gate working normally in under an hour. Very reasonably priced and I really, really appreciate that he did not push trying to sell things I didn't need. So relieved to have my gate working properly at such a reasonable price.
