We originally used Foothills Garage Doors about eight years ago, so when they were acquired by Sun City Garage Doors, I was a little worried about how the service might change. I’m happy to say the experience today was top-notch.I already knew I needed a new spring since the old one snapped, but the technician took the time to walk me through a few other worn or broken parts that should be replaced for safety. No pressure—just clear explanations and options.The end result is a garage door that’s working perfectly, much quieter, and most importantly, safe for the family. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest service. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service. Garage maintenance hadn’t been done for several years. Eric Rivera, the serviceman, pointed out areas to keep an eye on instead of telling me I needed equipment unnecessarily at a reasonable price as well. Jason Hoffman came over and it was a very different experience from the other company that came the previous day to look at my garage door issues. Jason was not trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need. He identified the problems, explained why they should be addressed, didn’t pressure us and let us make the decision on what we wanted to do. We replaced the torsion system, he reinforced the brackets on the door panels and performed maintenance. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Jason’s work and the total price we felt was very reasonable. I will be doing business with Sun City Garage Doors from now on! We are extremely pleased with them. 5 stars!
I had a fantastic experience with this company. The technician, Eric Rivera, was kind, informative, and truly professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. The service was quick, and the entire staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
Nick from the Tempe location came out last April to replace a spring that had broken on my garage door. He offered me the option to replace it exactly how it was, or improve it to a double spring design that would improve the function and longevity of my garage door. The price made sense, and I decided to go for the upgrade. Nick worked like a nascar pit crew but for garage doors, not his first rodeo.Everything was super clean and tidy afterwards and I have had zero issues.
