On February 16th, Vortex doors hit my credit card for 2332.03. I immediately reached out, and asked them what this was for. They had previously come out and did a good job with some service for us. But all of those invoices had been paid, so this was surprising.

On the invoice, it is my name, partially correct address but completely inaccurate company. The problem is, that's my credit card number on file.

I immediately reached out, they admitted it was a mistake, and said they would be fixing it. That was on the 16th. I called back again on the 20th, requesting to speak with a manager. So far no response. We are now getting to the end of February where my statement will close, interest will hit, and this charge is still sitting on my card, vortex has still not reached out.

I now have even bigger concerns that my credit card information is pending with this company, that has inaccurately hit my card for thousands of dollars, and then doesn't follow up to make sure things are corrected.

Service was great before, but please be cautious with your payment information. I can't even dispute with my credit card because they will send me a new card and I'm about to leave for vacation for 2 weeks.
