Don't ever call this company, its a scam. First, the company doesn't actually service garage doors with their own employees. Its a dispatch service and they just call one of the contractors they have on file. The guy who showed up at my house arrived 5 hours after the scheduled time and then proceeded to quote my wife $1100 to replace a cable (I wasn't home). Then, after he left another person called me from a different number and said he could come by to give me a quote! After the experience with the first technician I told the second one that I didn't require his service and he argued with me for 5 minutes, insisting that he would come by. I finally had to tell him that if he showed up on my property I would call the police. I don't know whats going on with this company but do not use them - everyone associated with it is super-sketchy. The next day I called a local mississauga company and got the door fixed for $180, which confirmed for me that Garage Door Repair Toronto is a scam. As for the other reviews on the site, I can only imagine that they're fake.
