Absolutely fabulous experience! I called about 9 in the morning and told them my garage door was broken (ends up spring & cables broke). I was told a technician would call me within 10 minutes. 5 minutes later Vadim called. We arranged for him to come between 3 and 5. He arrived at 3:30. He quickly assessed the problems and provided a quote. In less than 40 minutes he was done! I highly recommend this company.
Eric Davis
Our garage door suddenly went off the track late at night and we needed emergency garage door repair. The technician arrived quickly and handled the garage door repair safely. He also adjusted the cables to prevent future issues. The door works smoothly now. Pricing was fair for an emergency call.

Our commercial garage door in Toronto had a bottom panel that split completely in half. David from TBC Garage Doors came out the same day to inspect the damage. He took all the measurements, contacted the supplier right away, and confirmed they had the section in stock. The very next day, he returned with the exact custom-size Wayne Dalton panel, cut and fitted it perfectly, and matched the color and design so it blended seamlessly with the existing door. We’re super impressed with the fast turnaround and professional service — highly recommend David and TBC Garage Doors!

I had a broken garage door spring at my home in Thornhill and called TBC Garage Doors for help. They sent David, who was absolutely fantastic. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the door working perfectly in no time. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated the fast response and fair pricing. Highly recommend TBC Garage Doors for anyone needing reliable garage door repairs!
Jonathan Corber
I had a broken garage motor and called several places in Toronto, but the only honest and helpful person I found was David. During our first call, I sent him pictures and spoke with him for over 30 minutes as he patiently walked me through the entire troubleshooting process—without charging me a dime. Unfortunately, the motor couldn’t be fixed, so we had to install a new one. David came the very next day and installed it efficiently. His professionalism, honesty, and quick service were truly impressive. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door repairs!
