A1 Garage Door Service was incredible! They had rock solid communication with us setting up the appointment and when their technician could be on site. When one of their technicians could be there earlier, they sent a text message asking if they could arrive earlier and sent the information of the technician so we knew who was coming. They sent Jake Manning who was extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through all of our options and explained everything thoroughly. He was very respectful of my time since I work from home and was able to do repairs and installation with minimal disruption. Jake even mentioned that our other garage door would need repairs soon and educated us on those repairs. Jake did a fantastic job installing our new garage door opener and even installed new garage door rollers that I had purchased and never got a chance to install. It literally took him minutes to install them, and it probably would have taken me an hour. Our experience was excellent with A1 and Jake and would use them again for any garage door needs! I highly recommend them, they do things the right way the first time.

I called because my garage door would not go down. Jon came out on a very cold Saturday afternoon. He had great customer service skills, nice and polite. He diagnosed the issue and gave me his suggestion and pricing for the service, before he started fixing anything. I like the fact that he was knowledgeable and not pushy. The price to repair was reasonable for the service, so he completed the job and I am very pleased. A1 has gained another customer! Thank you!

Johnny had great customer service. He helped us with the setup and answered questions. My only complaint is we were given 1 garage door opener and the trim didn’t lay flat. I tried to program a universal opener. Accidentally erased the settings. I called for assistance, was scheduled for a video call but no one called. I called back and had to be scheduled for a Mon appointment. The manual instructions are hard to follow. But before my mishap the door opens beautifully, very quiet and the light sensor is a plus.
