Don’t think the low stars is a fluke. I’ve called this company 4 times in the last two weeks just trying to get a quote on a garage door. Not even a single attempt to call me back.
So grateful to Overhead employees (Jeremy, Scott and Sterling) for getting my gate back up and running. It literally fell off the hinges - it is running so smoothly now, It’s better than new. Appreciate the custom modifications OD made to strengthen the hinges (existing problem from a repair made by a previous company). You guys always do a great job and I really appreciate it. Service call was fast. He fixed one garage door quickly and inspected the other one. Found an issue there and fixed it too. Great guys. Great price. I highly recommend.
I made an appointment and waited around the house all day because no time frame was given. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before. I never got a call or a follow up call to apologize. I also pushed back a trip for a day to have the repairs done. This is not how you run a service company. It makes the customer their time is unimportant.
