What a great experiencing it was working with Garage Harmony! *This* is why we should be working with small & local companies just like this. I felt a genuine care from the whole team, beginning to end. At the time of reporting our garage door being stuck in our commercial space, Tara was so great to work with. The tech (Mason) showed up within an hour (so quick!) and was super kind, explained the whole repair us -- what a great communicator he was! We couldn't have had a better experience. I highly, highly recommend this outfit.
I have had the pleasure of working with both Kyler and Nathan on a garage door opener that was under powered at worst and temperamental at best due to the door being oversized.Kyler has patiently come out on numerous occasions and fixed the problem in a timely fashion and explained that there are better options. To be frank it was purely my stubbornness and not their service being the cause of the frequent calls.I had finally had enough and Nathan came out and replaced the unit. He was kind, gave me options, and because he had some very minor reservations himself on his recommendation not working (my garage door is on the high end of the weight limit) we worked out a great backup plan in which I felt at ease saying yes and knew I wasn’t getting sold an inferior product just for the sake of the sale.I love my new garage door opener and would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone. In fact I do recommend these guys to handle any garage issues. They are the best!My only regret is that I didn’t listen to Kyler, you know, the first time he made a recommendation.
One of my garage door's spring broke and Garage Harmony was assigned to repair by my home warranty company. They were fast (from submitting my claim to getting it repaired was 3 days and that included the weekend), helpful, and Nathan the tech completed the work in less than 45min. Highly recommend!!
