We use our garage door constantly with kids, groceries, and everything else. It started acting up and I didn’t want it to turn into a bigger issue. They came out, fixed it quickly, and everything is back to normal.

The garage door would shake every time it opened. They found loose brackets and tightened everything properly. They also inspected the springs and cables just to be safe. Great attention to detail.

After some heavy rain, our garage door started jerking and reversing mid-close. Sam found the issue: soaked sensor wiring and a loose chain-drive track. He replaced the sensor wires, dried and sealed the area, tightened the chain, and recalibrated the opener. He even helped us understand how to monitor it moving forward.

Our garage door opener had completely failed, and these guys replaced it with a modern smart opener in the same visit. Now I can control the door with my phone and even get alerts. Amazing work and top-notch customer support.
