Cheney Door Co - Wichita

After waiting few months with little communication I got a call saying it’d be next business day. I gave them my schedule of available days. I had a procedure scheduled and other mandatory commitments I couldn’t cancel last minute. Then when I had several days wide open I was told I was now their lowest priority and would have to wait another week - even though they schedule by the day I was told. Who tells their customer they are the lowest priority? I would not have used this company had I known this and now I’m stuck waiting for a time that works best for them because they schedule one day at a time but somehow now they’re not available for an entire week.

Chris and his other team member came out today. My doors are amazing. But our dog got out. 1 went to help my wife to catch our dog. When Chris was done he also went to help catch our min pin. Can't even began how much help they was. Definitely went way be on their job duties. This company is amazing they do all my company doors too. Thank you guys very much

Bradon was the best of the best. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my garage door opener installation. The technician Bradon made sure everything was set up perfectly. Bradon took the time to walk me through how the opener works and gave me helpful tips for maintenance. The installation was neat, professional, and the opener runs smoothly.

We built a new shed and chose to go with Cheney Door instead of the builder installed doors because we had a good, previous experience with Cheney and their product is of a higher quality. The team did a great job and worked quickly. They always cleaned up and were professional and respectful. We had a small issue post installation and the team was great to work with and quickly resolved the problem. In addition, my bank was difficult to work with in regard to paying the invoice; however, the Cheney team was professional, responsive and helped me address the problem. I would definitely recommend Cheney Door and will use them again! Thank you Chris H, Steve C, Suzanne W and Deann W!!
