Initially was connected with the company through a Costco promotion and couldn’t be happier! From start to finish Steve Baker was wonderful in helping us pick out design features that matched our overall vision. Not only did he come out to the house to discuss the process in detail with us, but he also spent a ton of time in the studio helping me decide on the perfect hardware. He went above and beyond with writing up multiple different quotes for us comparing differences in design features I was considering and would always respond to my questions via email in a timely manner. The team who came out to install the garage doors yesterday were also wonderful. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and install was quick! My new doors are beautiful and quiet - I can’t recommend this company and Steve Baker enough!

Lucas Brewer repaired my garage door on 4/22/20 after I called in a service request on 4/21/20. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the door functioning better than new in less than 1 hour. He advise the springs were too large for the door keeping it from staying closed. I requested him to replace the springs with suitable sized springs at a nominal cost which took less than 30 minutes. I now have an excellent operating door thanks to Lucas' professional knowledge and courteous disposition. Superior service!!

He even waited at my house so I could run to Lowe’s for a necessary part. He showed me all of my new garage door’s features and tested it multiple times for me to be sure it worked perfectly and that I was satisfied. Thank you Jesus and ASSA ABLOY!
