READ THIS ONE: The builder has not honored their contract or warranty obligations to fix issues. They stated they would not repair a major problem with the roof, so I had to hire someone else to correct it. We had an appointment for them to come out, but they didn’t show up. When I emailed afterward, they claimed they had been here, but I was standing at the door during the time they said they arrived and no one came. After posting this review, they sent me an email threatening legal action if I didn’t remove it. That kind of intimidation speaks for itself and suggests I’m not the first person this has happened to.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolute worst people to work with. Brandi was extremely rude to deal with when she did answer which was rare. Oh and they make you sign a contract that you're not allowed to leave them a bad review. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do your research.
I just want to let everyone know that I am a 100% disabled veteran who did 20 years in the Air Force. I just purchased a home from Bros Custom Homes and I had a spectacular experience. The owners were very accommodating in all of my request and questions. I would highly recommend them. Definitely a 5-star company!
