First off let me say how kind and welcoming the Miller's are. This is our first home and new construction at that. Kathy worked with us too get things going before my wife deployed and working hard to have it completed before she returns. There have been a few issues here and there but nothing that has not been fixed. My biggest issue is communication as it is often difficult to get ahold of anyone when you need too. Their finished work is great and have seen if first hand as the Miller's built my parents home 5+ years ago. Speaking of I have seen a review else where saying the Miller's do not truly build custom homes. I can say that is a flat out lie as my parents purchased their own plan and Miller's Custom Homes built it for them. They also have their own set of plans you can pick from and customized to fit your needs. All and all though we are still happy to be working with them so far, and will be back to update this review once our home is completed next month.Update:-Home is done and overall pretty happy. Though some issues still awaiting a fix. Our Front door frame is 1/4 inch off center at the top so there is always a gap. Will need to have it pulled out some day but for now just added a thicker seal.- The tile folks used at the time to put our brick down in the kitchen did not care about their quilty of work. Bricks are uneven, trowel lines in the grout and broken bricks left to set. New folks were sent out and replaced a few tiles. We ended up fixing the trowel lines ourselves and used a toothbrush to stain and seal the grout ourselves. Used matching brown stain to cover up all the grout left on the bricks after cleaning it up best we could. Looks much better now but plan to replace the whole floor in a few years.Any changes I'll be sure to update this.

We’ve proudly owned a Miller home for the past 17 years, and, now we’re having Rex and Kathy build our dream home. 45 days since ground was broke and we are extremely pleased with the contractors quality and the progress that has been made. We highly recommend Miller Custom Homes. They are honest and trustworthy.
