We saw a townhouse we liked online and I was put into contact with Maria Millington. She was hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. Throughout the entire process she treated us as if we were family. Any time we messaged she would respond immediately. She would give us her own unbiased advice and was trying to save us money whenever she could. Every contact/suggestion she made was so reliable and gave us amazing results. Buying our first home was an extremely daunting experience but Maria walked us through every single step regardless how big or small the question was. This is our starter home and we love it, but if we plan to move to a bigger house in the future Maria and Marini Homes will be the first person we contact as we had such an amazing and stress-free experience! Highly recommend!

Poor quality in almost everything. Delays on each jobs, be it paints, flooring or roof for the things which should have been taken Care before they handed over the keys. See the roof of just 7 months old house and they are saying its common. The guy who came to fix the door instead he ruined it more. For each email there is response however it's just another date for the job completion on the name of short staff. All these for newly built house.
