Marini Homes, LLC

My husband and I contacted Maria Millington when we started searching for our new home. We have worked with her in the past and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and helped us fine the perfect home. Maria really understands her clients, she is professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Due to her experience and connections in real estate sales and home repair, she also was able to quickly step in and help resolve issues. Thank you Maria! Highly recommend.

We chose Maria Millington at Marini Homes to use as our realtor when looking for a new home for our daughter. For not being familiar with the Albany area, Maria was fantastic to work with. She was on top of things and promptly responded to calls, emails, and texts. She treated us like family. She listened to what our needs were and always directed us in the right path. She is an honest and extremely hard-working realtor. If she didn't know the answer to our questions on properties, she reached out to the proper source. She always went above and beyond. Not only did we have a great realtor, but we also gained a friend. She treated our daughter like her own. If you're looking for a realtor in the Albany area, Maria Millington at Marini Homes is the one to call. She will work hard for you and help you find your forever home.

We saw a townhouse we liked online and I was put into contact with Maria Millington. She was hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. Throughout the entire process she treated us as if we were family. Any time we messaged she would respond immediately. She would give us her own unbiased advice and was trying to save us money whenever she could. Every contact/suggestion she made was so reliable and gave us amazing results. Buying our first home was an extremely daunting experience but Maria walked us through every single step regardless how big or small the question was. This is our starter home and we love it, but if we plan to move to a bigger house in the future Maria and Marini Homes will be the first person we contact as we had such an amazing and stress-free experience! Highly recommend!
