They really worked with us to get us in a new home. There were some ups and downs but nothing is ever perfect!
Poor builder! home has multiple issues from settling due to improper pad construction. All windows and doors leak like crazy, fence is a joke. Nothing was compacted back in after septic was installed causing major sinking in my finished yard. Don’t just steer clear of this company run as fast as you can.
Giving an honest review, B&M’s homes are overpriced, and their warranty is practically non-existent. The company didn’t impress us or provide any satisfaction despite our purchase being well over market value. We had hoped the quality of craftsmanship or warranty support would make up for it, but we were wrong. Three different bricklayers worked on our home, yet the brickwork is poor quality. Inside, numerous issues were "fixed" only to be made worse. We tried to work with them to address our concerns, but they ignored us until the warranty expired. We highly recommended not trading your home with them. They made it seem like they paid us market value for our trade but then turned around and listed our trade for $12k more and sold it within a month. It seems like they are in cahoots with appraisers around town. B&M and so many other builders in this town are very dishonest. We wouldn’t buy from them again. They definitely don’t take pride in their homes.
My husband and I have been dealing with B and M assists for years now and their customer support is above and beyond. Lauren and Kat both have helped us so much. Anytime I have called for help, they are always so quick to get things done for us. I have already recommended them to my friends and family and will continuously do so. I have my own company that’s about to open that will require for me to have several more homes and hands down they will be who I use to do my business with!!
