Ted did a large 2 bedroom and primary bathroom addition to our brigantine home . In all facets of the project , Ted and his team exceeded all expectations . I would like to point out a few specifics in what most brought my wife and I joy during the process.No particular order .1) Communication was superior: Open , transparent, accessibility, timely and etc,2) Education/informative: Wife a school teacher and I’m a retired supply chain professional . Ted walked us through the “why” things are being done they way they were and proposed options along the way as well . Made us part of the process.3) vendors/supply chain team : he is meticulous on who he brings on site we always felt comfortable being 2 hours away our home was in good hands. The few times we were there during the building process , all contractors /vendors were extremely cordial and nice .4) craftsmanship was second to none : the quality of the work was outstanding and blew us away with final outcome5) on budget : the app he uses is very cool and keeps you up to date on invoices and projected versus actual and has picturesWill add pics later, but we were excited to actually right this post as finishing items being done so others can actually get in touch with Ted asap for any projects in mind .You won’t be disappointed

Even after the job was completed, he stayed in touch with us to ensure that everything was completed to our liking. Ted was patient and explained everything to us as he completed the different phases of the job. The quality of his work was outstanding. He was in contact with all the details with us and made our dream vacation home come true without any problems. We would highly recommend him. Ted did a great job managing framing, concrete and electrical contractors with our siding contractor to build an awesome outdoor bar. He noticed a flaw with the countertop and had it replaced.
