From day of first showing to final day of closing I found Amber to be personal, knowledgeable, and always accessible. She went above and beyond to guide me through the process of buying my homes. I feel lucky to have her as my salesperson. Steve from construction is a very personable, knowledgeable final walk-through guy. He made me feel comfortable and explained all the mechanical functions of home and answered all of my questions. In my opinion D.R. Horton is a very sophisticated organized class act company! They go to great lengths to dot I's and cross T's making sure the sale is completed smoothly and successfully.
Well over $400,00 for a one story tiny house with no storage or basement?? No indoor pool , when it's cold out 75% of the year. Big miss on that one. Small workout room. One tennis court?? Kitchen designs look like apartments. Sinks in the island?!! Ridiculous pricing and not worth it.
From the moment we looked at this place , we knew we wanted to be here, right of the bat we met Dana, and she showed us a the models and we fell in love with them. Dana was very helpful in getting us started to purchase our home. Whenever we had a question she was able to help us out. We've been living here since December 13th and loving every minute of it. We have a golden doodle and we walk the walking trail everyday and it just seems so peaceful . Now as far as the HOA it's not good , I understand covid is here and trying to get the pool open was insane. Was told that the HOA didn't have control of the pool until August so I was paying $285 per month to have my grass mowed, very upset about it, Also a new neighbor moved in last Friday and wasn't told about the Wavier we had to sign saying we wouldn't sue Foster Premier or DR Horton and when she went yo go to the pool she wasn't allowed, and she was also told her children couldn't use the pool because they are not on the deed. This is crazy . I'm fed up with this HOA .
I moved into my new townhome in December and it is gorgeous! Linda was so helpful when I was picking out my finishes, and all my selections came together beautifully. The floors, cabinets and counters are all top quality and are all installed perfectly. The sales team was helpful and patient with my many questions along the way. I really needed to get in quickly, and the superintendent was mindful of this, and got my unit built and ready quickly, all the way making sure the workmanship was exemplary. Once in my home, there were a couple of small things that needed attending to, and the online portal for requesting the fixes was fast and easy to use, and responses from the builder were with hours! I can’t say enough about the beautiful surroundings.....right across the street from the Fox River and awesome trails. I’m also looking forward to the clubhouse opening this spring and will be at the pool all summer. You can’t go wrong with this builder! - D Smith
