Had a couple model homes for Royal prefabs. Friendly sales guy, Adam, answered all my questions. Gave me some promotional material and didn't hassle me. Fwiw, the model home was decent, and their pricing didn't seem too far out of line.

Adam, Al, and the whole team there exceeded our expectations. We love our new home. The process, the price, the planning, all great. Right from our design appointments to the day the house arrived, our questions were answered, and our concerns addressed. This is our second modular build, and we can’t recommend Barrie Build & Design enough. Great job, everyone, we can’t thank you enough. We love our Galway!

I went into Barrie Build to look into building a prefab modular home on my property. They were extremely informative and helpful. They were able to take the plan I liked and customize the design to have all my specific requests. They explained how the home is built in the factory, the process, deposit structure and showed me an array of finishings to choose from. - they have 3 models home to walk through at their office. The owner Adam gave me my custom design as well as the pricing showing all the credits for things, I want to complete myself. I'm a DIYer and have some friends who are electricians/plumbers, so I really appreciated that I can finish some of the work myself and get the credit back. I really loved working with them and will be moving forward with them in the future.

I was overall very happy with the build and the service I received from Adam and his team. Al Lindsey, the site super, was also great onsite, and was very helpful in the process. Al pointed out a defect in my countertop and it was replaced no questions asked.

When I started my Journey to build a home, Barrie design Build came through for me when 2 other modular home companies wouldn't give me the time of day. Adam's team modified their existing embrun model design to suit my budget and I have had many compliments on the place to date.

2 years in now and everything is fantastic. Minor adjustments, ie. poped screws I was expecting and I have no problem fixing those myself. (I'm sure they would have if I asked). As a landscape contractor at, Lake of Bays Landscaping Inc. I have witnessed many site builds go well past the deadline and overbudget. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the modular home building process and would definitely recommend a Guildcrest modular home. Thank you!

We love our home, we were able to design our own floor plan which was amazing. The Barrie Build Team were all wonderful, and very helpful. Guildcrest homes tended to make a few mistakes and this is always expected at delivery. Nothing too bad. We did choose a contractor package and had to do lots ourselves. We thought we could save money that way, we were wrong. Take the complete package and let the team at Barrie Builds do the rest!
