I had a fantastic experience working with Baycraft Homes in Barrie. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.

A special thank you to Geri, the project manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. Geri was incredibly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, always taking the time to answer questions and keep us informed at every stage. It made a huge difference knowing we were in such capable hands.

I also want to recognize Ryan, the owner, whose commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly shows in every aspect of the build. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and in delivering homes that meet — and exceed — expectations.

We recently had Baycraft Homes complete a renovation for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Not only did they stay perfectly within our budget, but the quality of their workmanship was truly outstanding—hands down some of the best we’ve seen.

Ryan, the owner, leads with integrity and passion. He is a strong supporter of his team, creating an environment that fosters growth, success, and exceptional results. His leadership is clearly reflected in the quality of work delivered.

We worked closely with Geri, the project manager, and she was an absolute gem. Professional, pleasant, and consistently proactive, Geri kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. She was open, communicative, and highly effective at getting things done. Her commitment to keeping the project on time and on budget truly stood out. She is a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend her!
