I have a great experience with SCOTT MANUEL ,knowledgeable, professional, patient explained everything in details not only through first PDI but also in our 1 year Tarion warranty walking through, I wish I could give 100 stars to him! Again thanks Scott , keep it up ??
They have the best customer service. They were very responsive before and after occupation date. Whenever we needed a help, they supported us without any hesitation.
They have been extremely helpful. From our purchase to our decor experience, we have found them to be amazing!
At first I was pretty pleased with my new Bradley Home for the fair price I paid. I did not expect too much for the price point and at first glance everything looked pretty good. Then 2 years later we started having a lot of troubles and at every corner we found short cuts and bad workmanship. Everything from nail pops from too few drywall screws to leaky plumbing work from a bad installation.whatever work they did that was hidden behind drywall was terrible and done on the cheap.I even found a large section in my basement closet that was not drywalled and i could look right into my adjoining neighbours house? They did fix it but how do you miss that?Anyway, I did get some good service at times so that is why I am giving them 2 stars and hope that they will improve in time.
I needed help figuring out what paint was used in my house. I bought my house resale and the paint cans used for touch ups got lost. I called Bradley homes and got in touch with Marg at the design centre. She went out of her way to help me try to figure out what colours were used even though I am not a current customer. What great customer service.Thank you Marg for your help!
