Bad customer service. We went in to ask questions about what’s included and lady was overwhelmed with questions. It was weird and like they didn’t want our buisness we ended up buying a home somewhere else. This happened in January. I was very disappointed in the customer service. You would think they would do what it takes to help us.

We were considering purchasing a specific lot and new construction home from Bradley- in the Westridge area of Orillia. My husband went in to talk to the sales lady, Lynn, to ask some questions. He left saying he needed to talk to me, his wife. Without telling him there was now a waiting list behind us for that lot (great lot- up against environmentally protected land) she called an employee 10 minutes after he left and let them purchase the lot. We discussed the purchase, and My husband came back in when they opened first thing (less than 2 business hours later) to hand the deposit cheque- and the lot was gone. Lynn should have disclosed there was now a waiting list as we would have had 10 days to think about the decision after paying the refundable deposit. He would have paid it immediately if she advised the lot was going to someone else if he left. I am very upset and will not be using Bradley Homes. Our only thing we were concerned about is when we researched the builder we saw they were owned by Pratt Homes in Barrie- who does not have a good reputation. I would look at their reviews as well if you are considering this builder.
