From our first meeting to discuss the opportunity to work together with James and Brad, our year long partnership went smoothly. The team listened to our vision and with a few modifications our new cottage plans were developed. Gregor assisted with the permit process and followed thru when delays were encountered. After demolishing our old cottage, the new build began and was completed within four months which was remarkable, giving us the opportunity to enjoy time at the lake during the warmer months. Keeping budget in mind, we were involved in the selection of all interior/exterior finishes and when a few last minute requests were made, they were accommodated without any issue. There was ongoing, open and timely communication throughout the build which was greatly appreciated.
